SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Wildsparkery for your felt campfire! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Processing time will vary. If an item is in stock, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If an item is not currently in stock (as many products are made to order) processing time may be approximately 5 business days. Please contact us if you’d like a time estimate.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping is calculated on weight/dimensions of package as well as your location.
Shipment method
Canada Post. International shipments: Canada Post begins the shipping process, once it has cleared your country’s customs, your national postal system takes over (for example USPS)
Estimated delivery time
Canada and USA: 3-14 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The WildSparkery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The WildSparkery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are happy to offer any assistance we can with your claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
USA: The shipping policy as stated above will apply to residents of the US. Shipments come with a tracking number, begin with Canada Post, USPS takes over after item has cleared customs.
All other International Shipments: Shipment is not tracked. If you wish to upgrade to tracked shipping, please contact us. Larger items/shipments may require an additional cost as shipments over a certain weight cannot be shipped without tracking which is a higher price. You will be notified if this is the case and may to choose to cancel your order which will be refunded minus credit card processing fee.
Shipments that are not tracked will be shipped by surface mail. Please be advised that delivery times can be long for this service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. (Unless it is determined that we are at fault, for example damaged or incorrect product shipped)
